Data are essential for the debate female participation in trade
According to the International Trade Center (ITC), only around 20% of exporting companies globally are owned by women. This justifies the need to accelerate progress towards a more inclusive international trade, involving initiatives to promote greater participation of women, a topic emphasized by G20 members in recent years.
